You can nominate for this event either by
going to the BMX Sports WA web Site and entering ONLINE or
you can place your nominations in the traditional way with
an entry form with payment attached.

Entries will close on 14 April 2009 at close of
business. Dishonoured Cheques will invalidate your
entry. Fees & charges associated with dishonoured
cheques must be reimbursed to BMX Sports WA prior to
close of entries for entry to be accepted.

BMX
Sports WA will not accept Faxed entry forms. To enter
either post your entry or enter ONLINE at
www.bmxsportswa.com.au

No
refunds will be given after close of entries.

Notification of acceptance of all entries will be given
via the BMX Sports WA website. Information will update
regularly.

Racing format will be in Blocks. Practice will be
allocated to each block for 30 minutes prior to that
block commencing racing. Classes may be merged for under
subscribed classes.

Riders code of conduct is to be read in conjunction with
this entry form.

the Brigadoon facility to its entirety.
