2011-2014 Strategic Plan
BACKGROUND
A strategic review was initiated by the BMX Sports WA Board to create a plan and focus for the Association for the next three years 2011-2014.
A workshop was conducted which was attended by representatives from affiliated clubs, and BMX Sports WA Board members and staff to ascertain the key challenges and opportunities for the sport over the next three years.
From the workshop, ideas and solutions were suggested to address challenges and opportunities.
